Tall furniture should be anchored, particularly with children in the house. We do it as standard unless you tell us not to.
Assembly is cheap to add to another visit. If you have other jobs, quote them together.
Missing or damaged parts are common. We identify them before starting rather than getting three-quarters through.
Send the details through and it lands with us straight away. We work from written enquiries rather than phone calls — it means nothing gets lost and your quote is accurate the first time.
We can, though bulky cardboard may attract a disposal cost. Say so when you enquire and we will include it in the quote.
We will identify it early and assemble as far as we can. You will need to obtain the parts from the retailer, and we can return to finish.
Usually, though without instructions and with parts potentially missing it can take longer. We will be upfront about that.
Yes, as standard for anything tall enough to tip. We fix into studs or use appropriate anchors rather than relying on plasterboard plugs.
