Grab rails and safety rails installed into proper fixing points, not just plasterboard.
What we don't do

Plumbing behind the wall
Anything requiring a licensed plumber — pipework, relocating outlets, hot water systems. We say so immediately and refer you on.

Full bathroom rebuilds
Strip-outs and complete renovations are builder work. We do updates, repairs and alterations to what is already there.

Waterproofing membranes
New waterproofing is a licensed, certified job. Regrouting and resealing existing surfaces is not, and that is what we do.

Common questions

My shower is leaking into the next room. Can you fix it?
Sometimes. If it is failed grout or silicone, yes. If the waterproofing membrane underneath has failed, that needs a licensed waterproofer and a proper repair. We will look and tell you honestly which it is.
How long does regrouting a shower take?
Most showers are a day, sometimes less. It needs to cure before use, so plan on not using that shower overnight.
Can you replace a vanity if I buy it?
Yes. Supply it yourself or we can source it. Note that if the new vanity has different plumbing positions, a plumber may be needed for the connections.
Do you use epoxy grout?
We can, but it is not always the right answer. Some clients specifically ask us to avoid strong-smelling products, and there are alternatives. Tell us your preference when you enquire.
