My door only sticks in winter — is it worth fixing?
Yes. Seasonal sticking means the door or frame is absorbing moisture, and it usually gets worse each year. The fix is normally sealing the top and bottom edges, which most doors never had done.
Can you fix a door if I have already bought the parts?
Yes. Bring your own handle, lock or door and we will fit it. We will tell you before starting if what you have bought will not suit.
Do you rekey locks so one key fits everything?
We can replace locks so they key alike. Rekeying existing cylinders is locksmith work and we will refer you rather than improvise.
How long does a typical door repair take?
Most single-door repairs are under an hour. Rehanging a door or replacing a frame section takes longer. We give you an indication in the quote.
